SIN IS TRANSGRESSION OF
THE TORAH The answer to the question; "What is sin?" is very simple.
And the answer to the question; "What is the consequence of sin?" is very simple.
First;
1 John 3:4
4 Whosoever transgresses the Torah commits sin
because SIN IS THE TRANSGRESSION OF THE TORAH.
This
is a very simple reality that our Creator's word testifies to.
Secondly;
Ezekiel
18
20 THE LIFE THAT SINS IT WILL DIE.
In other words, according to YEHWEH's word, the
LIFE THAT TRANSGRESSES AGAINST HIS TORAH since, according to the Apostle John;
SIN IS TRANSGRESSION OF HIS TORAH, IT
WILL DIE.
Thirdly, if you want to escape this death penalty;
Both our Messiah and John the Baptist began their public heralding of the truth speaking that we must repent and
be baptized.
Matthew 3
1 In those days
John the Baptist came heralding (the truth) in the wilderness of Judaea,
2 And he spoke; REPENT BECAUSE THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS AT HAND.
Matthew 4
From that time Yehshua began to herald (the truth)
and He spoke; REPENT BECAUSE THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS AT HAND.
Repentance is turning back from our rebellion to our Creator's word.
His word is the
truth that delivers us into His family.
If you turn from your rebellion to YEHWEH's word which
includes His Torah since His Torah is His word, then He turns the water that you need to be baptized under into His Son's
shed blood to atone for your previous rebellion to His word.
How simple is this?
Our Messiah's atoning sacrifice has a price tag and the price tag is genuine repentance.
Our
Creator's word is the pathway that leads to eternal life in His family.
His Son said so.
His Son said that the only way into eternal life is to follow after Him and He was made to be in the image of His
Father's word in the flesh.
I'll repeat the one - two - three simplicity of this again.
One;
1 John 3:4

THAT SINS (in other words, according to His word, the LIFE THAT TRANSGRESSES AGAINST HIS TORAH
since SIN IS TRANSGRESSION OF HIS TORAH), IT WILL DIE.
And
three, if you want to be delivered from this sentence;
REPENT (Turn from your transgression of His Torah)
BECAUSE THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS AT HAND.
