There is much discussion and several theories in the world today regarding who Babylon is.

There are some that say that Babylon is Islam.

Others claim that it is America. Others claim it is a system of religious confusion.

Others claim it is the catholic church.

There are many prophesies associated with Babylon for the end time, including in the book of Revelations so we must seek to know for sure who it is referring to, and not lean on our own understanding in doing so.

We must make sure that we have the proper oil in our lamp to light our path into what is true.

In Matthew and in other scriptures it is referenced to a place of captivity, which it was and still is.

Matt 1:17

17 So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations; and from David until the carrying away into Babylon are fourteen generations; and from the carrying away into Babylon unto the Messiah are fourteen generations.

In Revelations 18 we read;

2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

3 FOR ALL NATIONS HAVE DRUNK of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, MY PEOPLE, that you be not partakers of her sins, and that you receive not of her plagues.

Here we find two important statements, one; all nations have drunk of the wine of her fornication and two; YEHWEH’s people is in her and needs to come out of her.

This is the remnant that He is calling out of her.

Who is this remnant?

I will do a separate segment on this subject but briefly, it is those whom my Father is purposing to call out of Babylon into His truth in order to live into a new era of time as He builds the second fruits of His family.

They are in captivity or in bondage to the world’s false religions that have come out from Babylon, living lies.

They will need to flee from the bondage and let the truth set them free.

Is Islam a counterfeit religion as well? Without a doubt, but is the remnant in her? Islam came from the descendants of Ishmael.

Gen 16:10-12

10 And the angel of YEHWEH said unto her (Haggai), I will multiply your seed exceedingly, that it shall not be numbered for multitude.

11 And the angel of YEHWEH said unto her, Behold, you are with child, and shall bear a son, and shall call his name Ishmael; because YEHWEH has heard your affliction.

12 And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him; and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.

This description certainly is a perfect match for modern day Islam.

But the remnant of the children of Israel is in captivity in Babylon. The remnant of Israel is from the descendants of Isaac, not Ishmael. So is the remnant currently held captive in Islam?

Granted, Islam certainly is going to be a major player in the coming destruction but they are not Babylon.

The answer to who Babylon is lies in determining who the Mother whore of Babylon is and then we can find out who her daughters are.

I will show you that these daughters are also called whores and they are part of Babylon as well.

Rev 17:3-5

3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet colored beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet color, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:

5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF WHORES AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

After the Messiah ascended to the right hand of YEHWEH, satan fraudulently began to set up a counterfeit religion.

This counterfeit religion grew in power and suppressed the truth. They combined the truth with the pagan religions that were around her through the help of powerful teachers like Saul of Tarsus.

It was Babylon who destroyed the first temple.

During the time of the 1st temple, Israel split. Solomon’s son Rehoboam continued to rule over Judah and Benjamin.

The 10 tribes that became known as the lost ten tribes of Israel went off under their new king, Jeroboam.

Jeroboam changed the dates and times of our Creator’s appointed times to give these ten nations their own identity and they were scattered abroad and still are this day.

It is by my Father’s design that they would go into captivity to Babylon for doing so.

When the 1st temple was destroyed, what become known as the children of Israel (the tribes of Benjamin and Judah along with some Levites whom stayed with Rehoboam) went into captivity in Babylon for 70 years.

At this time, these two tribes had not perverted calendar system so they did not lose their identity but they were rebellious nevertheless.

They repented and were brought back to re-build the temple.

The Romans destroyed the 2nd temple 40 years after Yehshua’s ascension in 70 A.D.

When the 2nd temple was destroyed, it was Rome that represented Babylon.

The counterfeit religion continued to grow in power and influence.

It merged with Rome in the 4th century during the time of Constantine and the abomination that made the true word of Elohiym desolate was set up.

It is known today as the Roman catholic church and it is the MOTHER WHORE and the nations have drank from her cup and are drunk from the wine of her fornication.

She changed our Creator’s calendar system and got rid of His laws, Just as Daniel spoke would happen.

She also manipulated and pressured the two tribes of Israel that still had the correct calendar system to change it into a system that merged in part to their calendar system.

These two tribes went into captivity after this as well.

Those who call themselves Jewish today use a perverted calendar system to determine when their Creator’s appointed times are and millions blindly follow their false calculations.

The tribes of Judah and Benjamin remain in captivity because of this as well.

Yehshua describes Jerusalem spiritually as Sodom and Egypt in Revelations 11:8

The daughter whores of the mother whore are the protestant and orthodox religions that came out of her.

This list includes all who hold onto any of her blasphemes like the trinity, or christmas, or easter or any of the other countless blasphemes that the whore has brought forth from her womb.

The United States is certainly in front of this list of daughters for reasons that I will discuss. Rome is not alone in this; she has a family of whores.

She is the Mother of Babylon and satan, who is the father of lies is the father.

Let’s back up two verses;

Rev 17:1-2

7:1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come here; I will show unto you the judgment of the great whore THAT SITS UPON MANY WATERS:

2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.

We see here that the whore is sitting on many waters. A few verses later we find out that these waters represent;

15 And he said unto me, the waters which you saw, where the whore sits, ARE PEOPLES, AND MULTITUDES, AND NATIONS, AND TONGUES.

Who has not been made drunk off of her wine? That is a good question. Certainly Islam has not but they have their own set of problems in rejecting the Messiah.

As I said, they certainly will be a player in this going forward because they are being raised up against Babylon.
So are China and Russia.

Yes, the world is certainly getting ready to go through some dramatic events.

We read in Jeremiah;

Jer 50:

9 For, lo, I will raise and cause to come up AGAINST BABYLON an assembly of great nations from the north country: and they shall set themselves in array against her; from thence she shall be taken: their arrows shall be as of a mighty expert man; none shall return in vain.

10 And Chaldea shall be a spoil: all that spoil her shall be satisfied, says YEHWEH.

The only way through the coming destruction is to get your eyes anointed with eye salve and fill your lamps with the right oil.

To do this, you will need to pour out the counterfeit oil that you have let the whore fill your lamp with while you have been in captivity.

This is what repentance is, changing from our ways to His ways.

THE VOICE FROM HEAVEN INSTRUCTS HIS PEOPLE;

Rev 18:4

4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that you be not partakers of her sins, and that you receive not of her plagues.

In Revelations 17:5 the King James says Mother of harlots, this is misleading. It is the same word that is used for whore in all of the verses around it.

Babylon is composed of many daughters of the mother.

Who is the crown jewel that has carried her abominations and false doctrines into the entire world, more so than any other nation by far?

It can be none other than the United States who has spread the false religious practices of the whore into the whole world with all of her missionaries spreading a false gospel.

Is she the beast that carries the Mother Whore? I believe she is.

If she is, verse 11 says that she is going to go into destruction. In either case, she will be destroyed because all of the daughter whores will be.

I know My Father told me clearly to get out of her.

Israel is scattered and in captivity, they forsook their Elohiym who would have protected them and whored with the false gods of this great whore and have committed fornication against Him.

If you want to know who serves satan today, just look at who changed the way time is kept track of and who got rid of the laws of the Most High and who follows the doctrines of that organization.

Isaiah said that satan would do this and set on the mountain of the appointed times in Isaiah 14 and Daniel also records that he would change time and laws in chapter 7.

I have said before, this is not rocket science. If you want to remain rebellious to your Creator, prepare to die.

Nothing that opposes Him is going to live into the millennial reign of where His Kingdom will reign as He continues to build His Kingdom.

Living lies and rejecting the words of the Messiah and His Father are not going to get you into the Kingdom.

Come out of her my people.
